  佛山:烤乳猪

  在佛山地区,烤乳猪是不可或缺的清明祭祖佳品,广东人也给它起了一些非常好意头的名字——“鸿运当头”、“红皮赤壮”等,向先人奉上脆皮金猪,希望保佑子孙身体健康、家人和睦、宏图大展。

  南北朝贾思勰在《齐民要术》对烤乳猪有更详细记载:“色同琥珀,又类真金,入口则消,壮若凌雪,含浆膏润,特异凡常也。”
