  东莞&韶关:采撷艾叶做粄

  韶关地区的客家人在每年扫墓时,首先会将祖坟周围的杂草铲光,土坡进行清理,然后用鸡鸭鱼肉、鲜果糕点、酒水等进行祭祀,最后鸣放鞭炮,回家就餐。许多山区群众便会采撷新鲜艾叶,和以糯米、白糖,用于做“青粄”,俗称“清明粄”。

  这种小食拥有一股独特的山野青草芳香,不仅可以祛风祛湿,还有驱除体内寄生虫的奇效,最适合天气潮湿的春天食用,因此这种习俗在客家地区代代相传。
