  “冬吃萝卜夏吃姜,不用医生开药方”“二两萝卜一两参”……时下,又到了吃萝卜的季节,我来教大家如何挑出好萝卜。

  白萝卜。身体修长、皮肤滑嫩、体重偏大的较好。如果怕买到糠心的,可以把萝卜缨折断看一下,若里面没有水分,说明萝卜糠了。

  心里美萝卜。要挑个头大、外表光滑、分量重、根细长呈紫色的,这样的水分多,而且口感偏甜。心里美萝卜根的颜色越紫,里面的瓤越红,花青素也越多,保健作用越强。

  卫青萝卜。它水分足、脆甜,吃起来像水果,所以又叫“水果萝卜”。口感好的卫青萝卜有以下几个特征:体形为圆柱形,萝卜缨为青绿色,外表光滑,表皮颜色青的多、白的少。
