  猪血营养又好吃,但想买到好的却不容易。学学下面4招:一看颜色。好的猪血呈暗红色,颜色浑浊发灰或特别鲜红色的都是劣质产品;二闻气味。好的猪血有股淡淡的血腥味儿,劣质猪血没有;三按弹性。用手轻轻按压时,好猪血有弹性、易碎,劣质的不会碎;四查气孔。可以检查一下其横切面,好猪血较粗糙,且分布着许多不规则的小气孔,劣质猪血切面光滑平整,气孔很少。▲
