  很多人都有早餐吃煎蛋的习惯,普通家庭煎蛋会用很多油,油热后打入鸡蛋,滋滋地一直煎到两面金黄,算是完成。但这样的煎蛋吃起来欠佳,外面虽然脆,内里的蛋黄老而柴,并不好吃。下面,小编就为大家带来香而嫩的荷包蛋做法!

  1、首先用中火将锅烧热,然后放一点点油,再放一点点盐,这样做可以防止油花四溅;

  2、把鸡蛋打入一个碗内,切记不要直接打入锅中;

  3、将碗内的蛋倒入热锅中,立刻关小火,以免鸡蛋被烧焦;

  4、慢慢的蛋白会凝固,但蛋黄还是生的。这时,先撒上两勺热水,盖上锅盖,约1分钟后,再往鸡蛋上撒上两勺热水,再次盖上锅盖。

  5、然后用小火持续煎1-2分钟,蛋黄熟了后撒上少许黑胡椒粉和盐就可以起锅装盘啦!

  这两勺热水,就是煎出完美煎蛋的奥妙所在,能让蛋黄将近凝固。经过高温焖煮后鲜嫩又美味!
