  之前豆乳盒子蛋糕火了好一阵子,自己也尝试做过,味道确实很赞,但做法和用料还是比较繁琐的。今天分享的这个水果盒子蛋糕则相对简单多了,味道也丰富些,还可以根据自己口味随意搭配,口味灵活多变。

  水果盒子蛋糕

  食材

  低筋面粉55g,牛奶55g,鸡蛋4个,细砂糖60g(加入蛋白中),橄榄油或黄油40g,淡奶油350g,细砂糖35g(加入奶油中),时令水果若干

  准备无水无油的干净碗,将蛋黄和蛋清分离

  蛋黄中加入牛奶和橄榄油拌匀

  然后将低粉筛入,拌匀备用

  将60g砂糖分三次加入到蛋白中,蛋白打至硬性发泡
