素食开胃菜: 洋葱丝拌木耳

  凉菜点拌木耳,一般是不会难吃得太离谱,饭馆子里做拌木耳也大多有洋葱调味,这两种东西搭配有一种特别的中和性,酱醋盐只要搁上了,就不会差到哪里去,反正我是这么觉得,你可以照着试试看,是不是?

  *洋葱拌木耳*

  原料1:

  洋葱半个

  原料2:

  水发木耳250克

  制作 :

  1、 洋葱切丝

  2、洗摘干净的水发木耳放到开水锅中

  3、 焯2分钟左右

  4、 捞出来控干水,放到盛器里

  5、 取一个小碗,倒入酱油、蚝油、糖、鸡精、香醋、香油调拌成料汁

  6、 将调拌好的料汁放进盛有木耳的餐具中

  7、 再将切好的洋葱丝放入搅拌均匀就可以了

  个人觉得足够泡发的木耳口感更好,肉呼呼的,如果你的水发木耳不够力道,那就焯水的时候多来几分钟吧。
