  酸辣凤爪

  1 将500g凤爪剁成两半,凉水入锅加一勺料酒三五片生姜煮沸,去沫,再煮15分钟,盛出过凉水,放冰箱冷藏一个小时;

  2 准备酱汁: 一碗生抽,一碗蒜末,一碗陈醋,一碗剁椒,半碗冰糖,半碗耗油,少量葱白,加入20片姜片;

  3 将冷藏好的凤爪泡入准备好的酱汁中,倒入冰水没过鸡爪,放入冰箱继续冷藏两个小时后,美味的凤爪就可以食用了。
