  说到鸡翅这个食材,很少有人不喜欢。从经典的红烧鸡翅再到风靡一时秒杀众人胃口的可乐鸡翅,无论是怎么吃都不厌烦。 秋天容易上火,所以弄道清蒸的如何呢? 肉嫩嫩的,而且不油不腻,还挺入味儿,不比油炸、红烧、炖着吃差! 如果你想换个方式吃鸡翅,还不想太麻烦,不妨试试这个做法噢!

  -豆豉蒸鸡翅-

  用料

  主料:鸡翅中8个

  辅料:葱2根、姜少许、蒜1瓣、干豆豉1汤匙、生抽1汤匙、老抽几滴、料酒少许、蚝油1/3匙、盐适量、油适量

  做法

  1.鸡翅用淡盐水泡一会儿再洗干净

  2.正反两面各划两下,摆在盘中,加入盐、生抽1汤匙、蚝油1/3汤匙,老抽几滴和料酒少许拌匀腌半个小时

  3.其它配料

  4.葱姜蒜豆豉切碎

  5.小煎锅加点儿油,下入葱姜蒜豆豉炒香

  6.将炒好的小料倒入鸡翅上

  7.入锅中火蒸二十分钟

  8.汤汁多,挑出鸡翅摆盘中,放上葱丝

  9.另起一锅,汤汁中加点油烧热,烧上更香
