  我们从小就被长辈教育多吃核桃会聪明,核桃仁含有丰富的营养素,可强健大脑,被誉为“万岁子”、“长寿果”。

  可健脑:一斤核桃的营养价值相当于5斤鸡蛋或9斤牛奶。核桃中的蛋白质有对人体极为重要的赖氨酸,对大脑很有益。因此,工作压力大而出现头晕、健忘、心悸等症状的人,不妨吃一些核桃试试。

  木耳炒核桃仁

  主料:核桃仁60g、木耳100g

  辅料:油、盐、葱、辣椒、香菜、鸡精、酱油

  做法:

  1、木耳用清水泡软,摘去根部,撕成小朵,清洗干净;

  2、核桃仁准备适量,葱和辣椒切小段;

  3、香菜洗干净切小段;

  4、把水烧开把木耳和核桃仁淖一下,沥干水分;

  5、锅中放油,放入葱花和辣椒煸出香味;

  6、放入木耳和核桃仁,加酱油、盐、鸡精翻炒均匀;

  7、放入香菜;

  8、翻炒均匀即可。
