  食材:藕1段,葱1根,蒜4瓣,香醋2匙,盐2匙,糖1匙,生抽2匙、干辣椒适量

  做法步骤:

  将藕洗净切片备用,葱切葱花,蒜剁成蒜蓉;

  锅烧水煮开,将藕片入锅,焯熟;盛出来放凉水中;

  热锅下油,爆炒蒜蓉加入葱花、干辣椒待有香味,出锅;

  取一个碗把调料调好,倒上藕片,再放蒜蓉葱花,拌均匀,即可。
