  秋天是栗子成熟的季节,从中医角度分析,秋季气温下降,人容易脾胃不适,而栗子富含淀粉,有很好的健脾作用,还能为人体补充一定能量。栗子与排骨是一组惯常搭配,今天介绍的做法在此基础上加入了面筋,它在烹煮时充分吸收了栗子与排骨的香味。

  材料:

  排骨200克,栗子150克,面筋100克,拍蒜、葱段各10克,盐、蚝油、米酒、生抽、花生油各适量。

  做法:

  排骨洗净斩件,以盐、生抽、花生油拌匀备用;面筋洗净切小块备用;栗子去壳去衣备用。

  开锅下油,爆香拍蒜和葱段,下排骨、栗子翻炒片刻,攒米酒,下面筋,加入适量水、蚝油、生抽,盖上锅盖中火焖煮至材料熟透,调味收汁即成。
