  一直以为杏鲍菇没有味道,结果炒完之后香气就出来了,和洋葱搭配相得益彰。

  1、杏鲍菇2个切片,洋葱半个,蒜2瓣切片,葱叶少许,将洋葱和杏鲍菇切好备用。

  2、 锅底放少量油,下洋葱翻炒均匀。

  3、 将切好的杏鲍菇和洋葱翻炒,使两者充分混合,加入少量生抽,盐,蚝油炒匀。我个人觉得把杏鲍菇炒得干干的,有点像干锅,吃起来爽脆鲜美,口感更好。

  4、最后再洒上翠绿的葱花,一盘营养又清新的洋葱炒杏鲍菇就好了~
