  前几天采购了一些红辣椒,自制了一些剁椒酱,做好后分享一些给朋友,反响很好。剁椒酱在晚上做炒菜或早餐做拌菜时放一些味道特别香,所以我准备将作法分享给大家,喜欢吃辣的朋友们可要留心啦。

  准备材料:

  红辣椒3斤、蒜3个、盐适量;

  制作方法:

  1、红椒洗干净后沥干水分,蒜去掉外层表皮,用清水洗干净后沥干水分;

  2、 红椒去掉蒂后切碎、蒜剁碎,然后一起装干净的盆中

  3、加入适量的盐,用干净干燥的筷子拌均匀;

  4、用勺子将拌好盐的剁椒酱装干净干燥的玻璃瓶中,盖上盖子密封好,想吃的时候用干净筷子或勺子舀一些出来即可。
