  虎皮青椒是我喜欢的菜。每次买菜看到新鲜的青椒,我都会忍不住买几个回来做虎皮青椒,那种辣的眼泪直流的感觉真是特别好。今天与大家分享一下虎皮青椒的做法。

  首先准备以下食材:

  主材: 五花肉馅:300克, 青椒:8个

  辅材:酱油,老抽,料酒,葱,姜,盐,白糖,玉米淀粉,鸡精,胡椒粉

  操作步骤如下:

  1,肉馅里加葱末,姜末,盐、玉米淀粉、酱油、老抽、料酒、鸡精、食用油、胡椒粉搅拌均匀

  2,将青椒洗干净,然后把籽去掉

  3,青椒里填满肉馅

  4,摆好备用

  5,煎锅内加油,油热放青椒,有肉的一面向下

  6,煎至金黄色后,煎反面

  7,用酱油,糖,淀粉,加少许清水勾芡,倒入锅中

  8,把勾芡煮开就可以了

  9,装盘盛出

  温馨小贴士

  1,煎青椒时要用小火慢慢煎;

  2,一面煎好煎另一面时要慢慢的翻,不要把馅翻出来。
