  芹菜炒肉丝

  一道非常经典的菜,以芹菜和瘦肉为主要食材的家常菜,也配以红辣椒,是一道美味的下饭菜。

  食材准备

  主料:

  芹菜 1小把

  肉丝 50克

  辅料:

  蒜3瓣

  红椒 1个

  淀粉 1小勺

  料酒 1勺

  油盐 适量

  做法

  1,准备好原材料;

  2,肉丝中加入适量的盐、淀粉、料酒和生抽,拌均匀腌制一下;

  3,热锅凉油, 放入腌制好的肉丝煸炒;

  4,微微变色后加入蒜末和红椒圈进去翻炒;

  5,再加入芹菜丝进去翻炒;

  6,翻炒几下后加入适量的盐调味, 翻炒均匀后盛入盘;

  7,端上桌,拍张照。
