  早起去菜市场,发现鱼骨边角料很便宜,很新鲜,就买了,准备做一道鱼骨汤。用鱼骨加香菇煮了汤,味道超级好。用香菇炖鸡汤排骨汤肉汤经常做,鱼汤这是第一次,发现这搭配也不错。

  材料:

  鱼骨、香菇、白菜、大蒜;

  调料:

  盐、白胡椒粉;

  做法:

  鱼骨加盐泡洗,用盐水洗肉类很方便,也洗的很干净;

  准备香菇,干品鲜品都可以;

  大蒜和香菇切片备用;

  炒锅倒油,炒香蒜片和香菇片;

  加水煮上,这里的水可以用开水;

  放上鱼骨大火煮开,转小火炖煮30分钟以上;

  煮好的汤是这样的,因为香菇的加入,汤略带颜色,味道也更加鲜美;

  用白胡椒粉和盐调味;

  准备嫩白菜叶,切丝。之后将白菜叶切丝下锅,稍汤即可同汤一起出锅。

  这汤可以直接喝,也可以用来煮面或煮粉,味道非常好。
