  红烧鸡翅根红亮红亮的,颜色很好看,看着就很有食欲。这也是我们家人的最爱,而值得一提的是鸡翅根热量低,偶尔多吃一些也不用担心发胖的问题。

  那么这道红烧鸡翅根应该怎样做呢?我们来给各位一一分解:

  1、鸡翅根洗净;

  2、冷水入锅,焯水5分钟左右;

  3、焯水的间隙,准备佐料;

  4、焯5分钟左右,关火捞出,洗净沥干水;

  5、炒锅加油,比炒菜的油略少些,下翅根煎(鸡翅煎的时候也会出油);

  6、鸡翅根两面煎黄,将刚才准备的佐料加进来翻炒;

  7、丢几颗冰糖进来;

  8、待冰糖溶化,依次加入料酒、老抽、蚝油、滴几滴醋翻炒均匀,加水没过鸡翅根,开大火盖盖开炖;

  9、汤汁炖至一半,尝下汤的味道看下咸淡,适量加些盐;

  10、继续盖锅盖炖至收汁,出锅装盘;

  小贴士:

  煮的时间要控制好,长了,肉不鲜嫩,短了,肉不熟;

  放冰糖,一是增亮,二是中和酱油中的苦味。
