酱香米饭鸡蛋饼 让剩饭“焕发新生”

  晚饭有时候米饭做多了,剩下第二天热一下吃,口感不好,但扔掉了还挺可惜的。与其浪费,不如开动脑筋进行合理搭配,烹饪出全新的美食,一道简单有营养的佳肴就此诞生——酱香米饭鸡蛋饼。

  材料:剩米饭1碗、鸡蛋3个、火腿肠1根、油盐适量、小葱1棵、面粉2汤匙、蒜蓉辣酱1汤匙。

  做法:

  1.准备好所需材料;

  2.将火腿肠切成小丁,将葱切成葱花;

  3.将鸡蛋磕入碗内,加入盐、葱花,并将鸡蛋液打散;

  4.蛋液内加入火腿丁、米饭、面粉,然后搅拌均匀;

  5.锅加油烧热,下入一半拌好的蛋液,快速做出造型,在中间留一个圆圈;

  6.将一个鸡蛋磕入圆圈内;

  7.小火煎制,待底面煎制凝固,翻面煎制另一面;

  8.将两面煎制金黄,盛到盘内,另一个依样煎好;

  9.再刷上一层蒜蓉辣酱,撒上少许葱花即可;

  小贴士:煎制时要小火煎制,用大火容易外焦里不熟,不喜欢吃辣酱的可以不用放,加些面粉可以增加蛋液的粘度。
