  我家最受欢迎的一道主食——肉龙,浓浓的肉香味,很好吃。每一层都有满满的肉馅,一层面一层肉,狠狠地一口下去,每一口都十分满足!

  主料:

  中筋面粉500g、水240g、猪肉500g、大葱150g、姜一小块、盐3小勺、酱油2汤匙、五香粉1小勺、食用油50g、酵母3g。

  具体做法:

  1、把酵母倒进水里搅拌均匀后揉成面团,发酵二个小时左右;

  2、买来现成的肉馅;

  3、大葱洗干净备用;

  4、大葱切碎,姜切末,和肉馅混合一起;

  5、在案板上剁匀,剁时撒盐五香粉;

  6、馅装盆加入酱油、和食用油拌匀;

  7、面团发酵到两倍大,不塌陷,不回缩就可以了,取出来按压揉捏把里面的气排空;

  8、面团揉圆,从中取出一半;

  9、擀成长方形或圆形薄片;

  10、在面上均匀涂抹肉馅;

  11、卷起来即可;

  12、切成小块;

  13、上笼蒸25分钟即可。
