不用揉面不发面,烙饼又香又软,嚼劲十足

  说到饼的时候,想到了烙饼、手抓饼、发面饼......北方面食的种类繁多,口味也各具特色。从小就对美食产生了兴趣,尤其对老妈的美食更是念念不忘,烙饼就是其中一种,每次做烙饼,在村口很远的地方就能闻到香味。今天说到这里,我们就来分享一道烙饼的做法。

  【北方烙饼】

  制作配料:普通面粉800克、温开水适量、小葱适量、盐适量、油酥、面粉100克、色拉油150克。

  具体做法:1、准备好面粉、温开水;温开水缓慢倒入面粉里,拌成棉絮状,最后和成柔软不粘手的面团,不用手揉面也是可以的,只要成团即可,尽量要柔软一些,盖上保鲜膜静置醒发2个小时以上,时间醒发的越长面团韧性越好,更好操作,口感会更好;

  2、另外取适量的面粉放入碗里,色拉油上锅烧开,浇在面粉上面,拌均匀即可;热油能够拌开面粉成流线状即可;

  3、硅胶垫提前刷一层色拉油,静置好的面团取一小团,擀成薄片;刷一层油酥、撒适量的盐、小葱碎;

  4、接着对折起来,用刀切成条状,再刷一层油酥,从一边卷起来,提着两端稍稍抻开;

  5、再从一端开始卷起来,用手稍稍按压,再次擀薄;

  6、平底锅刷一层色拉油,放入烙饼坯,开文火煎至两面金黄色即可;

  7、趁热放盆里打散,外焦里嫩,丝丝分明,超级好吃;
