  材料:

  圆白菜300g,黄瓜200g,白萝卜500克,白醋100g,砂糖100克,香叶2片,辣椒4个,盐适量。

  步骤:

  1,白萝卜、黄瓜切片,圆白菜撕碎,加入盐,腌制20分钟。

  2,锅里加入少量清水放入香叶和辣椒煮开,加入白醋和砂糖再煮开。

  3,煮好的料水趁热倒在腌制好的菜上,拌匀。

  4,装到密封罐里,放入冰箱腌制过夜即可食用。
