  食材

  粉丝 20g、黄瓜 80g、胡萝卜 80g;

  蒜 15g、姜 15g、盐 1g;

  油辣子 30g、香油 10g、胡椒粉 1g;

  生抽 15g、醋 10g、糖 2g。

  1.粉丝用开水泡发,备用。

  2.将黄瓜、胡萝卜切丝备用。

  3.将胡萝卜丝,焯水备用。

  4.碗中倒入生抽、醋、香油、油辣子、葱蒜姜末、胡椒粉,拌匀。

  5.再加入盐、糖,搅拌均匀。
