  食材:西兰花150克,干黑木耳40克,蒜、油、盐适量。

  做法:1.黑木耳泡发洗净备用,西兰花洗净,用手掰成小块。2.锅里水烧开,将小块西兰花放入,焯2~3分钟,捞出过凉白开水,沥干备用。3.另起一锅,热锅凉油,先后加入蒜末和泡发好的黑木耳翻炒,再加入西兰花,放少许盐,翻炒后起锅,盛出。
