  鸡翅的做法多样,以炸的最为香口,而酸辣的也可诱人味蕾,这次在酸甜汁的基础上加入蒜蓉辣椒酱和黑胡椒,令其味道丰富可口。

  材料:鸡翅10只、酸甜汁(支装)、蒜蓉辣椒酱、鸡蛋清、蒜蓉、黑椒碎、菜油、绍酒、生粉、盐、糖各适量。

  做法:鸡翅洗净,沥干水分,加入鸡蛋清、盐、糖、生粉,调味拌匀待用。用适量的酸甜汁和蒜蓉辣椒酱调和至适口的味道。开锅下油,爆香蒜蓉,放入调好味的鸡翅,溅绍酒,加入黑椒碎和调好的汁底,翻炒至鸡翅熟,最后调味,勾薄芡即成。
