家常菜:辣炒花蛤的做法

  花蛤含有丰富的优质蛋白质和微量元素,而且脂肪含量低,是非常健康的海产品。这种做法相对少油少盐,特别适合孕妇、儿童、减肥人群等。适当放些辣椒能提升这道菜的口感,促进食欲。如果不吃辣椒,可以多加一点大蒜末,味道也很好。

  食材:

  花蛤500克,油、姜、葱、蒜、干辣椒、生抽、白糖、香菜适量。

  做法:

  1、花蛤用淡盐水养1~2小时,姜、蒜分别切片,葱切小段,备用;

  2、花蛤沸水下锅,待其张开口后捞起,用清水洗净后控水备用;

  3、热锅加入油,放入干辣椒、姜、蒜、葱爆香后倒入花蛤翻炒;

  4、调入生抽、白糖,再翻炒均匀起锅装盘撒香菜即可食用。
