   【五花肉烧香菇】

  材料:鲜香菇500克、五花肉150克、油盐适量、葱1段、姜2片、大蒜2瓣、生抽2汤匙、料酒1汤匙、水淀粉适量。

  做法:

   1.将香菇切去根部,投洗干净,五花肉去皮不用,五花肉的皮煎制时很容易溅油;

   2.将五花肉切成薄片;

   3.锅加水烧开,下入香菇焯水至变软(蘑菇的伞盖褶皱内很容易藏杂质,焯下水能去除掉,还能保持香菇的味道纯正),捞出;

   4.将香菇切成条待用;

   5.锅加油烧热,下入五花肉片中小火煎制,将五花肉煎制出油;

   6.下入葱花、姜丝、蒜片炒香,淋入料酒、生抽,翻炒均匀;

   7.下入香菇翻炒均匀,加入半碗水,再加入盐,大火烧开,转中小火将香菇烧制入味2-3分钟;

   8.到时间后,淋入适量水淀粉勾芡,待大火加热至汤汁变得粘稠,关火,盛出装盘即可。
