做一道红烧带鱼 健康美味营养多

带鱼肉厚刺少,味道鲜美,含有人体所必需的优质蛋白质、多不饱和脂肪酸以及多种维生素和矿物质,非常适合老人、儿童、孕妇和乳母食用。很多人喜欢这道美味,可是不会做,今天我们来教教大家。

食材:

带鱼500克左右,大蒜6瓣,鸡蛋1个,生抽、耗油、 红烧酱油、食用油、醋、盐、白糖、啤酒、辣椒、姜、大葱、小葱、淀粉适量。

做法:

1.带鱼处理干净,切段后表面划上花刀,姜切薄片、大葱切段、大蒜切丁、小葱切成葱花;

2.在带鱼表面撒少许盐、一半姜片和全部葱段,抓匀腌制10分钟。碗里放入生抽、红烧酱油、蚝油、白糖、醋搅拌均匀,调成料汁待用。另起一碗加入鸡蛋和淀粉调成蛋糊。把腌好的带鱼控干汁,裹上一层蛋糊;

3.热锅凉油,放入带鱼中火煎至表面金黄。把带鱼拨至一边,放入剩下的姜蒜辣椒煸香。倒入啤酒煮两三分钟,接着倒入调好料汁,烧至汤汁浓稠时,即可出锅,装盘后撒上葱花即可。
