  虫草花并非花,它是和香菇、平菇类似的菌类,新鲜的虫草花可以用来凉拌,干虫草花适合拿来煲汤,现在市场上新鲜的虫草花很常见,买来焯水,和其他蔬菜凉拌一下,清新爽口,既快手又好吃。虫草花滋补性很强,它不但含有大量蛋白质还有多种氨基酸和微量元素存在,虫草素和甘露醇也是虫草花的重要营养成分,这些成份都是人体日常代谢的必须品。

  【凉拌虫草花】

  食材:虫草花250克,黄瓜1根,金针菇1小把。

  配料:盐3克,糖2克,生抽10毫升,白醋、香油少许。

  做法:

  1、准备好食材;

  2、虫草花剪去根部,放入清水中洗净;

  3、黄瓜洗净,两头去蒂,切细丝;

  4、金针菇剪去根部洗净,和虫草花分别焯水,捞出后沥干水分;

  5、将虫草花、黄瓜、金针菇一同放入盆中,加入盐、糖、生抽、白醋和香油;

  6、拌匀后盛出即可。

  几点补充:

  1、凉拌菜最好用新鲜的虫草花来做,干虫草花适合煲汤;

  2、虫草花和金针菇焯水后要沥干水分再拌;

  3、食材随个人喜好调整。
