桂花玫瑰茶祛胃寒

  胃寒是指脾胃阳气虚衰、过食生冷或寒邪入侵,导致阴寒凝滞于胃腑的证候。其主要表现有胃脘疼痛、受寒加重、得温痛减、呕吐清涎、消化不良、口淡喜热饮等,治疗应暖胃散寒。

  这里推荐一款祛胃寒的药茶:取桂花、玫瑰花各3克,开水冲泡饮服,每日2~3次。方中,桂花性温味辛,可煎汤、泡茶或浸酒内服,有温中散寒、暖胃止痛、化痰散瘀的作用,对食欲不振、痰饮咳喘、口臭等有一定疗效。《本草汇言》记载,桂花“散冷气,消瘀血。凡患阴寒冷气,腹内一切冷病,蒸热布裹熨之”,说明桂花可治腹内冷疾、胃寒。玫瑰花性温味甘,具有理气解郁、和血散瘀的功效,可治胸胁及胃脘胀痛、经期乳房胀痛、损伤瘀阻疼痛以及消化不良、月经不调等症。《本草再新》记载玫瑰花可“治腹中冷痛,胃脘积寒,兼能破血”。两味药材清香纯净,芳香甘美,均能温胃而无过燥之弊,冲泡代茶饮服,能起温胃、理气、散瘀、止痛之效,尤其对寒邪伤胃(或寒凝血瘀)引起的胃脘冷痛、胸闷嗳气、消化不良等效果较好。胃寒常见于慢性胃炎、胃溃疡、胃肠神经官能症患者,只要符合上述胃寒表现,均可用本方一试。

  需注意的是,胃寒患者还应忌生冷,饮食要有规律,天寒注意胸腹保暖。孕妇、胃火大者不宜服用本方。
