姜枣相伴治虚寒

  气温逐渐下降,体质虚寒的人常感到舒展不开,后背发凉,一般人会首先想到附子、干姜、肉桂等辛温燥烈的药物,吃完身体很快就暖和了。可这种温热作用往往不持久,想从根本上解决虚寒体质,应以补气为主,增加机体的“燃料”,比如姜枣膏专治虚寒,可暖身、暖胃。

  制作方法:取老姜一块,红糖一小盘,大枣一碗,水两碗,蜂蜜少许。将大枣洗净掰开,老姜切成末,在铁锅中倒入两碗清水,先加入大枣和姜末,大火烧开后,转小火熬20分钟后,锅里的汤汁约剩1碗,此时把大枣捞出,姜末留在锅里继续小火熬10分钟。当汤汁收至多半碗时,加入红糖、蜂蜜,会出现很多气泡,不停搅动,大约5分钟关火起锅。将熬好的姜枣膏装入干净的瓶子或碗中,放在冰箱里,吃的时候一汤勺姜枣膏冲半碗开水即可。姜枣膏适用人群特别广,尤其是惧风怕冷、手脚冰凉、容易感冒、经期腹痛、胃痛、血虚体寒者,都用得上。

  姜和枣是一对神仙伴侣,二者同心,专治各种虚寒。大枣性味甘温,补中益气、养血安神;老姜性味辛温,温中止呕、解表散寒;一辛一甘,合而调和营卫。在《伤寒论》中,张仲景特别善用姜和枣,对于外感邪气、营卫不和者,必用生姜配大枣以助散表之邪,扶脾和胃,如桂枝汤、柴胡桂枝汤等。
