  桂花是我国的名贵花木,其花香清雅,沁人心脾,除具有很高的观赏价值外,尚能食用、药用。中医认为其具有润肺、止咳化痰、润肠通便、减轻胀气、肠胃不适之功效,同时还可以美容养颜、润肠通便、排除体内毒素。今天就为大家推荐几款桂花小食谱。

  桂花红茶 取桂花、红茶各适量。将同比例的桂花与红茶一同放入茶壶中,注入90℃左右的开水冲泡,焖泡5分钟后即成。此茶早晚各饮一次。有滋润肌肤、增加皮肤弹性、活血化瘀、润喉生津等功效。

  桂花栗蓉粥 取栗子250克、糯米50克、糖、桂花若干。栗子加水煮酥后去壳压成泥,糯米煮成粥,加入栗泥、白糖、稍煮,撒上糖桂花后食用。温中散寒,暖胃止痛,补益脾肾。

  桂花酒 鲜桂花100克,低度白酒1000克,冰糖30克。鲜桂花除去杂质、洗净,干燥。将桂花、冰糖放入密闭容器,倒入白酒,拌匀封存,30天启封即成。可散寒消肿,止咳平喘。
