芙蓉口蘑汤 有助降压护心脏

  研究发现,低钾膳食是我国原发性高血压的诱因。钾有抑制钠的重吸收、扩血管等作用,能降低血压。谈到高钾食物,也许很多人都会想到香蕉。香蕉含钾量达256mg/100g,但比起口蘑的1655mg/100g就黯然失色了。除此之外,口蘑含大量的膳食纤维,能有效预防冠心病患者便秘,所以今天我们教给大家一道菜——芙蓉口蘑汤。

  主要功效:保护心脏,降低血压。

  推荐人群:高血压患者,冠心病合并低血钾患者。

  材料:口蘑100g、红心萝卜150g、菠菜200g、瘦肉300g(2~3人量)。

  烹调方法:菠菜洗净切段、红心萝卜切片备用;瘦肉切片备用;口蘑洗净切片后与红萝卜一起放入锅中,加少许盐翻炒出香味后加入清水800ml,大火烧开;烧开后将切好的肉片及姜片放入锅中,大火烧开后将菠菜放入,小火再煮6分钟,开锅调味即可。

  需注意的是,慢性肾脏疾病患者不宜多饮用此汤。
