家庭自制葱香土豆饼 控制胆固醇

  大豆含有天然植物固醇,帮助身体控制血液中胆固醇水平。我们可以善用烹煮豆浆后剩下的豆渣结合土豆做一道美味的土豆饼,既减少食物浪费,又能吸收豆渣里的营养。

  原料:土豆2个、豆渣(煮豆浆后剩下的大豆渣)80克、虾米30克、韭菜120克、葱20克、鸡蛋1个、酱油10克、胡椒粉5克、盐少许、油10克。

  做法:1.用豆浆机煮豆浆后,取出豆渣,用干净的布包住,挤出水分备用。2.土豆切丝,韭菜和葱切碎,虾米泡软。3.鸡蛋打成浆,加入酱油、胡椒粉和盐调味。4.在蛋浆里加入土豆丝、虾米、豆渣、韭菜和葱拌匀,把混合物捏成圆形。5.锅烧热下油,放土豆饼进去,两面煎熟至金黄色即成。

  食全素的朋友可以用淀粉加适量水来取代蛋浆,并用木耳和胡萝卜切丝来取代虾米,一样可以为土豆饼带来嚼头。
