  在芝加哥举行的美国心脏协会(American Heart Association)会议上发表的两项独立研究结果进一步证明,每天吃一把坚果可以防止中年发福。

  具体研究结果为:每天只要吃一盎司坚果(一盎司大约是24颗杏仁,18颗腰果,12颗榛子,8颗巴西坚果,12颗夏威夷果,35颗花生,15颗半或14颗半核桃),或者是两汤匙花生酱,而不是薯片,就可以减少男人和女人每四年变胖或变胖的风险。(编译自英国《每日邮报》)
