吃苦瓜注意三点

  苦瓜是很多人餐桌上的常客,有人指望它清热去火,有人希望它补充营养,需要提醒大家的是,苦瓜具有一定食疗功效,吃时要注意以下几点。

  第一,并非人人适合。苦瓜味苦性寒,多吃对胃肠道有刺激作用,特别是平时体质较差或怕冷、脾胃虚寒的人,大量吃苦瓜可能会加重状况,导致胃疼、腹痛,甚至腹泻。女性在月经期间最好不要过多食用苦瓜,尤其是寒性痛经的朋友,因为多吃可能使气血受寒而凝滞,影响月经顺畅。儿童肠胃功能较弱,长期大量食用苦瓜会影响食欲。

  第二,烹调前焯一下,有助去草酸。苦瓜草酸含量较高,这是它有涩味的重要原因。焯煮之后再烹调,有助去除涩味,味道口感会好很多。

  第三,老苦瓜适合做汤。如果切开以后发现里面的种子已变红,说明苦瓜老了,炒着吃口感不好,做汤比较合适。
