西红柿炖牛腩

  材料

  主料:西红柿,牛腩,

  调料:花椒,大料,小茴香,葱,姜,蒜,香芹,盐,白糖,胡椒粉,绍酒

  做法

  1、将牛腩洗净切大块

  2、西红柿切块、香芹切段、姜切片、葱切段、蒜剥皮

  3、凉水牛肉下锅焯水。

  4、焯出血沫捞出温水洗净待用

  5、锅烧热后内放油。

  6、煸香葱姜蒜花椒、大料、小茴香。

  7、煸炒出香味,放入香芹段炒出香味

  8、放入牛肉块煸炒、烹入绍酒。

  9、将煸炒好的牛肉放入锅内加足开水,

  10、大火烧开关小火炖1小时,使汤汁浓稠(可自行根据牛腩老嫩情况及锅的质地决定时间长短)

  11、放入切好的西红柿块、加盐、胡椒粉、白糖调味。

  12、再炖5分钟,直至西红柿软烂出红油即可出锅。
