洞庭一锅鲜

食材

主料:青蟹2只 / 牛蛙1只 / 河虾10只;

辅料:猪腿骨1根 / 紫苏30g;

调料:橄榄油15g / 料酒20g / 鸡精6g / 食盐5g / 淀粉5g / 姜片、葱段5g / 泡椒10g。

制作

1.起锅烧水放入猪腿骨炖高汤。

2.牛蛙去皮,切成小块;青蟹去壳,切小块;河虾剪去虾须备用。

3.将切好的牛蛙、青蟹、河虾放入碗中,加入酱油、料酒、盐搅拌均匀,腌渍10分钟。

4.起锅倒入橄榄油,爆香小米椒,倒入腌渍好的食材翻炒均匀,加入两勺猪骨汤煮开。

5.煮开后将所有食材倒入汤锅,加入剩余高汤闷煮15分钟即可完成。
