  对于上班族,白天在外就餐的朋友来说,晚餐是用来补充一天饮食不足的,重在“查漏补缺”。比如外卖里绿叶菜比较少,晚餐就可以增加绿叶菜的比例;白天没吃肉类,晚上可以吃一些瘦肉或禽肉,以及鱼虾等脂肪含量低的肉;白天没吃粗粮,晚上可用薯类或者粗粮粥替代主食;白天没吃豆制品,晚上可以吃些豆腐、豆腐干等。
