  年底, 聚餐机会增多,提醒大家不要只顾美味,更要兼顾营养与健康:

 

  1.荤素搭配,三份素菜一份荤菜;

  2.少吃红烧、过油、水煮、油炸、煎、煸等用油过多的菜肴,它们可都是“藏油大户”,容易导致热量超标;

  3.多点一些清淡口味的,如清炖、煲汤、凉拌、清炒的菜肴;
