美味食谱 茶香牛肉

  冬季食疗少不了牛肉,与绿茶相配,可去腻滞,口感清新。

  材料:牛肉500克,绿茶叶5克,葱段5克,姜片10克,陈皮丝少许,料酒、酱油、盐、糖、油各适量。

  做法:牛肉切3厘米小块,下冷水锅煮,煮沸时撇去浮沫,小火煮10分钟倒出洗净,绿茶清洗后泡成茶备用。起锅下油放入葱段、姜片爆香后倒入牛肉翻炒片刻,再加入陈皮丝、料酒,把泡好的茶连茶叶一并倒入锅中,加入水用大火煮开后转小火焖煮1小时至牛肉熟酥,加入适量酱油、糖、盐调味收汁即可。
