冬天喝白萝卜牛腩汤 理气消食暖身

  秋冬季节进食过多牛羊肉后,肠胃容易吃不消,影响食欲。搭配白萝卜煲汤是不错的选择,它既是冬天的时令蔬菜,又能理气消食,再往汤中添加一小块陈皮,味道更香,也有助于消化。

  白萝卜牛腩汤

  主要功效:理气、消食、暖身

  推荐人群:喜欢喝牛肉汤但容易消化不良的人群

  材料:白萝卜1000克,牛坑腩300克,陈皮1小角,生姜数片(3~4人量)。

  制作方法:白萝卜洗净去皮切块;牛坑腩洗净、切块、汆水,再用生姜爆炒一下。将白萝卜、牛坑腩、陈皮放入汤煲中,加水2500毫升,煮2.5个小时,加盐调味即可。

  特色点评:牛腩可分为坑腩、白腩等,如果要煲汤建议选择坑腩,如果要焖牛腩煲建议选择白腩。因为坑腩瘦肉多,煲起汤来味道鲜,而白腩则是筋比较多,肉更滑。其实想要牛腩汤的肉质软烂,也不用煲很久,大概2~3个小时就足够了。中间停火两三次,牛腩会更软烂。
