香蕉,烹调好搭档

  香蕉是最常见的水果之一,富含果糖和葡萄糖等单糖,但因含纤维及抗性淀粉,升糖指数并不高。香蕉因其特有的香味,在烹调上也是好搭档,与许多食物都相辅相成。

  放入牛奶或果汁。很多人难以接受牛奶的腥味或者榨汁时受不了果汁太稀或味道太酸,香蕉分段加入,能轻松让人喝掉牛奶,果汁也变得浓稠而富有香气。

  制成甜品。把香蕉打成果泥,直接放到冰棒模具里冷冻,没有任何添加剂,是天然美味的冰棍。与奶油冰淇淋比起来,低热量的香蕉冰淇淋吃起来更加舒心。还可将香蕉切成几段,裹上巧克力浆,再冷藏,就是脆皮巧克力香蕉。

  水果沙拉。与其他水果做成水果沙拉,可增加甜香味,让口感更舒适。

  煮粥及烙饼。煮粥时加点香蕉,或者烙饼时加点香蕉泥,既能减少糖量,还能让饼保持香甜口感。做面包或者蛋糕时,打一些香蕉泥进去,可以做成香蕉味的烘焙食物。

  做菜。做成拔丝香蕉。还可将香蕉在火上烤,口味更是甜中带香,让人回味。香蕉切片,低温冷冻烘干再轻度油炸,也是不错的零食。

  香蕉虽可做成各种食物,香甜又营养,但小心别吃多。香蕉碳水化合物含量高,食用要掌握好量,一天一二根即可。香蕉里含有大量镁离子,可引起肌肉麻痹,不能空腹吃太多。
