家常菜:鱼腐杂菇煲的做法

  鱼腐是用鲮鱼肉、鲜蛋为原料制作的,将它与杂菇同烹,菇类吸收了鱼腐的油脂,鱼腐更加可口。

  材料:鱼腐200克,鱼丸100克,鲜香菇30克,金针菇30克,草菇30克,蟹味菇30克,海鲜菇30克,姜片、花生油、盐、胡椒粉、葱各适量。

  做法:菇类洗净沥干水备用;砂锅烧热后下油,放入姜片爆香,加入鱼丸煎一下;加入400毫升水,再加入鱼腐、菇类,煮开后加入盐、胡椒粉调味,撒上葱花即可。
