腊八节到 挑选腊八粥食材有讲究

  过腊八节,腊八粥是当仁不让的主角。而随着腊八节的临近,各类腊八粥的食材也开始畅销起来。

  日前,记者在超市看到,红小豆、花生等腊八粥配料琳琅满目,很多市民正忙着选购食材,准备回家熬腊八粥。而其中,由店家自己配制的腊八粥原料深受市民的欢迎。

  市民陈妍:“腊八节到了,每年这个时候家里面会买一些腊八粥,这些东西回去煮,有黑米,还有红豆放在一起,还有我觉得这种包装的还蛮方便的。”

  市民唐婷婷:“到了腊八节的时候,都会买一些八宝粥回去吃,宝宝也喜欢吃。”

  据超市工作人员介绍,临近腊八节,腊八粥的食材越来越畅销,像黑米,薏仁等商品基本上半天得补一次货,而且为了避免腊八粥原材料的销量出现“井喷”现象,超市提早早就开始备货了。

  健康专家提醒广大市民,腊八粥的选材也是有讲究的,消化不良人群,应多放米少放豆类。心脑血管患者,则可适量多加薏米和黄豆。而糖尿病患者则要少放米,多加燕麦和荞麦,这样才会对健康有益。
