  火锅是不少人的最爱,要想健康吃,注意下面4个禁忌:

  1.别趁热吃,口腔、食道和胃黏膜等的耐受温度为50℃~60℃,温度太高容易烫伤口腔、食管和胃黏膜,还可能诱发癌症;

  2.涮肉时间不要太短,没有熟透的肉容易存在寄生虫,有一定食品安全风险;

  3.别贪吃肉,尤其是肥牛、肥羊等,这些肥肉中含有大量饱和脂肪,伤害心血管的同时还容易长胖;

  4.别把火锅汤当成精华,反复沸腾后的火锅汤中,存在大量饱和脂肪、钠、嘌呤等不利于健康的成分,痛风患者尤其要注意。
