大枣莲子桂圆肉 冬季喝三元汤暖身子

  三九寒冬,正是适合进补的好时节。民间常用“三元汤”作为冬季的滋补验方,以期达到暖身健体、滋补气血的功效。三元汤的方子组成和制作都比较简单,适合在家自制:取大枣3~10枚、莲子9~15克、桂圆肉6~12克,先将莲子用清水浸泡一两个小时,然后与洗净的大枣一同入锅煎煮,最后放入桂圆肉,煮至质软汤浓时,加入适量白糖调匀,也可加粉芡做成甜粥食用。

  方中,大枣味甘、性平,可治疗脾胃虚弱、倦怠乏力、食少便溏等症状;莲子除具有补脾功用外,还有益肾固精的效果;桂圆可益心脾、补气血,具有良好的滋养补虚作用。三味中药均为补益类药,合用可温补气血,尤其适合脾肾虚弱、气血不足人群食用。

  需要注意的是,对于中老年和体质较差等气虚阳虚的人,这三味药行气的功效不够,难为虚人所受,反而容易出现“虚不受补”的情况。可尝试在三元汤的基础上加减陈皮、砂仁等行气调中、健脾和胃的中药,可调补脾胃虚寒、理气止泻,治脾胃气滞、胸腹胀满。也适于心脾虚弱、病后体虚、产后血亏、心烦不眠、神经衰弱等症状。
