今天带给大家一道家常小凉菜——红油金针菇,红油香而不辣,金针菇营养还丰富。据测定,金针菇氨基酸的含量非常丰富,高于一般菇类,尤其是赖氨酸的含量特别高,赖氨酸具有促进儿童智力发育的功能。金针菇干品中含蛋白质8.87%,碳水化合物60.2%,粗纤维达7.4%,经常食用可防治溃疡病。

食材:

金针菇、红油、辣椒面、生抽、醋、香油、蒜。

做法:

1、金针菇去掉尾部,在沸水中焯一分钟取出过凉控水。

2、将盐、鸡精、生抽、醋、香油、红油调制成碗汁,辣椒面用热油淋一下,倒入金针菇中拌匀。

3、最后淋少许红油增香即可。
