  提到开胃,很多人想到山楂,其实有些蔬菜也能起到类似作用,比如莴笋。莴笋味道清新,略带苦味,能刺激消化,增加胆汁分泌,有助于增进食欲。莴笋适合拌、烧、炝、炒,也可做汤,凉拌最能发挥其开胃的特长。

  原料:莴笋1根、红椒半个、盐3克、白醋1茶匙、糖3克。

  做法:莴笋去皮,切成5厘米长的细丝,红椒清洗干净后去籽,也切成5厘米长的丝。将切好的莴笋丝和红椒丝放入水中,浸泡5分钟,捞出沥干,放入碗中,加入盐、白醋、糖,拌匀即可。(厨房美食专家 文怡)
