美味咖喱虾,色泽金黄,味道香醇,所有虾都开背去肠,娇嫩晶莹。待烹饪完毕,拌上香米饭,真是让人吃得满足。

制作咖喱虾需要准备的主料有:新鲜的大虾;调料有:油咖喱膏、姜黄粉、薄荷叶、小干葱、大蒜、面粉、椰浆、黄油、胡椒粉等。

做法是:

第一,鲜虾洗净,去除虾枪、沙包、虾须,开背挑虾线;

第二,锅上火,下黄油,煸炒干葱末和大蒜末,放姜黄粉和油咖喱膏,调入盐、白糖、白胡椒粉和鸡精,加面粉,倒入开水,充分炒香,成为咖喱汁。

第三,锅再次上火,下入大虾进行煎制,用炒勺轻轻拍打虾头,等出虾油后滗出,将虾再次回锅,倒入咖喱汁,小火烧制,淋入少许椰浆和虾油,出锅后点缀薄荷叶即可。
